Everyone has a time in their life when they experience depression or anxiety. But when the depression or the anxiety starts to interfere with daily living, then you no longer have control. It is controlling you.

I tailor my treatment approach to your unique needs and goals. I will be direct, honest, gentle, and compassionate. You will set the pace. Together we will develop a path to a happier life.

No issue is left uncovered. Marriage, personal growth, menopause, relationships, motherhood, family management, caregiving, work, the list goes on. My approach starts from a place of compassion and understanding. Having lived and worked through most of these issues, I not only bring my educational background to the table but my life experience too.

There are many reasons why people have piles of stuff around them. Some experience overwhelming anxiety and grief when faced with making decisions. Others may find comfort in being surrounded by their things. Sometimes not having the focus to stick with the task or not knowing where to begin can stall one’s efforts. Together, we’ll address the emotion behind chronic disorganization, cluttering, and hoarding.

Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral techniques to break down, simplify, and improve the collecting process, we work on how you would like to manage your space. You’ll identify triggers and problematic areas while being compassionate and respectful to your possessions.
